In
order to enrol, you need to pay. You essentially purchase the
rights to the international training software for 12 months.
This means that we send you private login account information
(username and password) which enables you to access any courses
in your profile.

Once you have
paid, we send you a login name and password to access the
courses you have chosen
You do not need to come to our training centre, as everything is
done online

At the end of each
module there is a test to complete. This is done so you can test
how well you understand everything.
Please note that official exams are not included in your
course fees.

Students who
purchase bundles will see as many as 40 or 50 courses listed
under their name and can do any course at any time in any order.

In order to study
your course material, you need to login while connected to the
internet

Once
you have logged in, your course will follow logically from one
screen to the next, requiring you to interact and click and
perform various simple operations. Each time you complete a
section (module) of the course, it will be marked as complete
and often there are mini quizzes to see how much you have
remembered. If you pass every quiz in your course with 80%, you
can print out a certificate of mastery.

You can also print
your course notes out as you go along so you can learn while not
connected to the internet.

Once you have
completed your course, you can take the international exam. Keep
in mind that exams require extra study and we suggest you also
try to use exam prep software such as Transcender etc before
tackling the international exam.

We are an
authorised test centre for most IT certification exams if you
are in Cape Town, but if you are elsewhere in the country/world,
you can contact us and we will advise you how to find a test
centre closest to you.

Your password and
username are valid for one year so you can study as quickly or
as steadily as you like. If you go quickly one course (eg CCNA)
will take about 30 or 40 hours. Assuming you work hard and spend
10 hours a week studying, you can complete the course in 3 weeks
or even sooner.
You do not require books or software or anything else.

To get your
username and password, you need to pay in advance. Payment can
be made by bank transfer (details here) or by secure credit card
transaction through SETCOM (our payment gateway) or Paypal.
Credit Card payments must be done online.

If you pay by bank
transfer, you should have your password and username emailed
within 48 hours max,
and if you pay by credit card this may take a couple of days
longer.
